  • I would like to propose the following terms for our collaboration.
  • Following our conversation, I am pleased to put forward a formal proposal.
  • We are interested in moving forward and would like to suggest the following arrangement.

Para presentar términos:

  • We are proposing a fee of [cantidad] for [servicio/producto].
  • The initial contract term would be [duración], renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • We would require a [porcentaje]% deposit, with the remainder due upon completion.

  • Thank you for your proposal. We are very interested in working with you.
  • I have reviewed your offer carefully and would like to discuss a few points.
  • The proposal is largely in line with what we had in mind, though there are a couple of areas I'd like to explore further.

  • Would there be any flexibility on the pricing?
  • Given the volume we are committing to, would you be able to offer a preferential rate?
  • We have a slightly tighter budget than [cifra]. Is there a way to adjust the package to fit within that range?
  • If we were to extend the contract to [período], could you offer a better rate?
  • We're comparing several suppliers at the moment. Your proposal is very competitive, but there's a gap of approximately [cantidad]. Is there room to close that?

  • We accept the proposed timeline and are happy to proceed on those terms. However, with regard to the pricing, we would be more comfortable with [tu cifra].
  • Your terms around delivery work well for us. We would like to propose a payment schedule of [condiciones] instead of the upfront payment.
  • We are aligned on [punto acordado]. On the question of [punto en disputa], our position is [tu propuesta].

  • I understand there's some urgency on your side. Let me get back to you by [fecha] with our final position.
  • We are close to a decision and expect to be able to confirm by [fecha].
  • We appreciate the offer, but we are not in a position to commit before [fecha], as we need to complete our internal review.

  • I am pleased to confirm that we have reached an agreement on the following terms:
  • This email confirms our mutual agreement on [resumen de términos].
  • We are happy to proceed on those terms. Please send across the contract when ready.
  • I look forward to a successful collaboration.

Subject: Re: Proposal for Content Translation Services — Revised Terms

Dear Ms. Okafor,

Thank you for sending through your proposal. We were impressed with your portfolio and are genuinely interested in working with your team.

Having reviewed the terms, we are fully aligned on the timeline and the revision process you outlined. Regarding the pricing, however, our budget for this project is capped at €4,500, which is somewhat below your proposed fee of €5,800.

We understand this represents a reduction, and we want to be transparent about our constraints. To make the project viable on both sides, we would be open to slightly reducing the word count for the initial phase, focusing on the highest-priority materials.

Would you be willing to explore this adjustment? We'd welcome a brief call this week if that would help us find common ground.

Kind regards, Marco Esteve Content Manager, Nordik Digital
